This is our Special Limited Edition Cheese commemorating the VE Day Celebrations. We created and handmade this celebration cheese in the heart of the Peak District for the Coronation of King Charles III. King’s Blue is a semi-soft, creamy, mild blue cheese developed to satisfy a wide audience and palate. Try this truly versatile cheese bursting with flavour for eating with biscuits or with a recipe requiring the best blue cheese. This cheese is praised for its great blueing, visually excellent appearance, intense flavour, lasting taste, and good mouthfeel. This soft blue cheese, naturally ripened in brine, boasts an orange hue from the addition of natural vegetable colouring called anatto. A superb blue vein cheese, it is delightfully creamy and irresistibly delicious. Only available until July.
