Our proud heritage of artisan cheesemaking since 1870 from our farm in the Derbyshire Dales
Our cheese is handmade at our creamery based at the historic Pikehall Farm, using milk from the beautiful Derbyshire Dales. We are proudly the smallest Stilton producer using original artisan techniques, for our deliciously creamy range of cheese that includes PDO protected Blue & White Stilton, Dovedale Blue and the original ancient recipe Sage Derby and Traditional Derby cheese.

This cheese is produced in small batches using only hand-made methods, making it a true artisan product.
Dovedale has been awarded a PDO, meaning that it can only be produced in this part of the world, in the Peak District.
Matured for 6-8 weeks, the cheese has a sumptuously smooth texture with a delicate creamy blue flavour.
