We make Dovedale Blue
Which has already won Best Artisan Cheese at the Global Cheese Awards 2018.This cheese is produced in small batches using only hand-made methods, making it a truly artisan product. Dovedale has been awarded a PDO meaning that it can only be produced in this part of the world, in the Peak District. Matured for 6-8 weeks, the cheese has a sumptuously smooth texture with a delicate creamy blue flavour.
