This is a full-rind mature individual BabyDovedale Blue weighing approximately 350g- 375g, ideal as an attractive centrepiece for your cheeseboard. The rind is edible, and the centre may become softer and runnier with age, which some find desirable. Handmade at our Hartington Creamery in the heart of the Peak District. This unique blue cheese, Designated Origin UK Protected (PDO), can only be made within 50 miles of the River Dove, Derbyshire, in the Peak District. Made with local Derbyshire milk on the historic Pikehall Farm, this wonderfully creamy, rich blue cheese is brine-dipped rather than dry salted. This gives Dovedale Blue a look and taste often associated with continental blue cheese. The wonderful and edible rind on this cheese makes the cheese super soft.

Our Creamery is situated on the historic Pikehall Farm in Hartington, a Peak District village in the Derbyshire Dales.
