This Stilton is handcrafted using the same time-honoured recipe first established at the Hartington Creamery on April 1st, 1900. Each wheel is made under the supervision of Diana Alcock, Britain’s only female licensed Master Stilton maker, guaranteeing a product of exceptional quality.
Matured for 4-6 weeks before being hand-pierced, this process allows the natural blue veining to flourish, creating a rich, intensely creamy texture and a bold, distinctive flavour.
This impressive rind-on half-wheel is perfect for special occasions, large gatherings, or stocking your fridge. The cheese remains fresh for up to 30 days before cutting. Any excess can be sliced, wrapped, and frozen for later enjoyment.
As a bonus, this product includes free delivery anywhere in the UK and is Vegetarian Society (VegSoc) approved.
