Skegness Blue is a unique cheese originating from rural Lincolnshire, just six miles away from the charming seaside town of Skegness. The cheesemakers at Hartington aimed to create a cheese that combines the tangy richness of Stilton with the creamy flavor of Brie. The result is a mellow blue cheese that is smooth and creamy, with a lingering salty finish. The label features the iconic Skegness symbol of the Jolly Fisherman, which has become synonymous with this cheese. Also available as a 2.2kg foil wrapped wheel here
