The Baby Stilton is the Prince to the King of Cheese Whole Stilton! Made in exactly the same way that its big brother is to produce our legendary rich intensely creamy Blue Stilton. Handmade under the watchful eye of our own Diana Alcock the only female licensed master Stilton maker in Britain. Matured for 4-6 weeks before being pierced to allow the natural blue veining to occur. The result is a slightly denser texture but equally as wonderful and it benefits from not being cut. This Baby Stilton weighs approximately 2kg and will last up to 30 days prior to cutting. Consider slicing, wrapping and freezing this Baby.  We are still using the same recipe since the 1st April 1900 when the first Derbyshire Blue Stilton was made.
