Featuring our Squadron Extra Mature Cheddar waxed truckle and Hartington Blue Stilton, both handmade in small batches using traditional methods. Paired with a bottle of Peak Ales Pilsner, a bottle of Merlot, Red Derby Cheese Water Biscuits and Serious Pig Snackingham, this selection is a wonderful way to enjoy proper artisan cheese.
