This incredibly unique and rare spirit range is the fruitful collaboration between us and fellow Derbyshire artisans, Cuckoostone Distillery. Fresh Stilton whey supplied by us is distilled and vapour infused with six botanicals and then charcoal filtered to create a pure spirit.
Each bespoke gift is nestled in wood wool and presented in a quality pine wood gift box, making it the perfect unique present for any cheese and gin lover!

All our range is handmade at our creamery based at the historic Pikehall Farm, using milk from the beautiful Derbyshire Dales. Pikehall Farm currently milks 200 cows a day who happily graze on its lush surrounding fields.
