This incredibly unique and rare spirit range is the fruitful collaboration between us and fellow Derbyshire artisans, Cuckoostone Distillery. Fresh Stilton whey supplied by us is distilled and vapour infused with six botanicals and then charcoal filtered to create a pure spirit.
