White Stilton
Hartington White Stilton is a traditional British cheese with a mild, creamy and gently tangy flavour. Made without the blue mould Penicillium roqueforti, it has a clean, pale appearance and a crumbly texture that makes it wonderfully versatile.
Delicious served on a cheeseboard, White Stilton is also ideal for cooking, adding to salads and combining with other ingredients without overpowering their flavours. Its distinctive character makes it a popular choice for blended cheeses and creative recipes.
Like our Blue Stilton, Hartington White Stilton is made under licence to strict specifications, ensuring its quality, consistency and authenticity. Stilton is a protected British cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status, and Hartington Creamery is proud to be one of just six licensed Stilton producers in the UK, continuing the tradition of quality cheesemaking in Derbyshire.

Delivery takes 1-3 days and is free with orders over £35. We deliver to the mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands including Guernsey and Jersey, plus Isles including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly.
About our cheese
All our range is handmade at our creamery based at the historic Pikehall Farm, using milk from the beautiful Derbyshire Dales. Pikehall Farm currently milks 200 cows a day who happily graze on its lush surrounding fields. Read More
