Delivery is free for all orders over £35. Orders under £35 cost £4.
Where we deliver to
We deliver to the mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands including Guernsey and Jersey, plus Isles including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly.
Tracking your order
We use Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know, and this will include your Royal Mail tracking number. If you opted in, you will also receive an SMS message from us and Royal Mail with the tracking number. This can be used on the Royal Mail tracking website.
A photograph of your successful delivery will also be available on the Royal Mail website. Parcels containing alcohol must be signed for by someone over 18 years of age. If you cannot accept the parcel, you may need to collect it from your local sorting office.
We deliver orders 6 days (Tuesday to Sunday) per week, and we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but this can take up to 4 working days once the order has been placed. Please note during peak times dispatch time may be longer.
