All wedges will have at least 3 days left until their ‘best before’ date but are perfectly fine to consume. This is the perfect pick for someone who likes their blue cheese strong or wants their cheese to eat tonight and is not fussy. These cheeses can also be kept longer or frozen for up to 12 months.

Please note there may be some added colouring to the cheese, this is perfectly normal for this type of cheese and will be a ‘normal’ Blue cheese mould dusting that comes from our proving room.
