The centrepiece of any celebration has to be this five-tier tower of Hartington Party Cheese! This tower of cheesecake uses our own Derbyshire Dales artisan-made cheese with a foundation cheese of a waxed Caramelised Onion & Rioja extra mature cheddar from our friends at The Cheshire Cheese Company. Your wedding, significant anniversary or other special days will be enhanced with one of our amazing and totally unique celebration cakes of cheese. This cake of cheese includes a base layer of 2kg of super popular Caramelised Onion & Rioja Cheddar, then a 2kg full ring foil-wrapped amazing hand-made Dovedale soft Blue cheese. The next layer is 2kg wheel of our wonderfully soft and tangy White Stilton followed by a creamy 350g Baby Dovedale Blue. All three are Designated Origin UK Protected (PDO), and on the very top is your choice of one of our 160g Pebbles of Cheese.

Ideal for 60-80 people don’t forget your biscuits and chutneys. We recommend 8-10 Chutneys and 10-14 packets of biscuits.
