Our Wild Piri Piri uses two of Springs most abundant herbs – Wild Garlic and Ground Elder which add a strong herbal flavour to red and green chillis making our Piri Piri sauce the perfect BBQ marinade. Marinate pork, chicken, lamb, or halloumi or add to burgers for a unique herbal kick.
Our foraging friends in Macclesfield make these unique and wonderful pickles and sauces from what they can source hyper-locally in and around the local area.

Quality, Local Produce
All our range is handmade at our creamery based at the historic Pikehall Farm, using milk from the beautiful Derbyshire Dales. Pikehall Farm currently milks 200 cows a day who happily graze on its lush surrounding fields.
