As the only Derbyshire based and smallest Stilton producer in the world, our cheese is handmade and graded by our own experienced artisan cheesemakers. All of our Cheese is VegSoc Approved suitable for vegetarians.

Makers of the Signature Dovedale Blue Cheese
This cheese is produced in small batches using only hand-made methods, making it a true artisan product. Dovedale has been awarded a PDO, meaning that it can only be produced in this part of the world, in the Peak District. Matured for 6-8 weeks, the cheese has a sumptuously smooth texture with a delicate creamy blue flavour.
