This award winning, very creamy, tangy blue cheese is handmade and graded by experienced cheese makers. It is matured for approximately 9 weeks in carefully controlled conditions.

The vegetarian, pasteurised cheese is made with local Derbyshire milk and has won numerous trophies and certificates at local, national and international shows

Hartington Shropshire Blue

This tasty, orange coloured, blue cheese is made using animal rennet so is not suitable for vegetarians.

It has a distinctive taste like other Shropshire Blues produced in the UK but due to the use of animal rennet it has a unique flavour and slightly stronger taste.

It is matured for approximately 10 weeks in and is made with local pasteurised Derbyshire milk.

Peakland Blue

This very creamy blue cheese is matured for approximately 10 weeks in and is made with local pasteurised Derbyshire milk.

The cheese has won numerous awards at the Bakewell Show and the British Cheese Awards.

It has a slightly yellow colouring to the cheese and a very mellow flavour.

Peakland White

This creamy, crumbly, slightly salty white cheese is similar to a good Cheshire or White Stilton and has also been likened to Feta.

Matured for only 2 weeks it is a young, fresh, clean cheese suitable for vegetarians made with pasteurised local Derbyshire milk.

The Peakland White from Hartington Creamery has been blended with whole cranberries and generous handfuls of orange peel to give a sweet alternative to any cheese board. It has a taste and smell which is reminiscent of Christmas and is made with pasteurised milk and is also suitable for vegetarians.
